Tommy Griffith is founder & CEO of PEL Waste Reduction Equipment. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Tommy Griffith set up PEL Waste Reduction Equipment after he seen a gap in the market to create a product for reducing bottle volume and still have the glass recyclable.

Since then Tommy Griffith has overseen the growth and expansion of PEL into a leading manufacturer and supplier of waste reduction equipment with offices in UK and USA along with distributors and agents internationally

The PEL range of bottle crushers is fully patented and PEL continue to invest in research and development, in improving existing products and launching new products on to the market.
