PEL Waste Reduction Equipment installs the BB06 Mega Jaws Waste Glass Bottle Crusher at the 5 Star Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort in Co. Limerick.

The Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort hosted the party of the year last weekend to celebrate the retirement of Tony McCoy and PEL Waste Reduction Equipment’s BB06 Mega Jaws waste glass bottle crusher was there to help make it an enjoyable event for all involved.

The luxurious hotel has installed two BB06 glass bottle crushers – one machine to manage the glass being produced at the manor house itself and the second bottle crusher was ordered to deal with the waste glass bottles produced at the party of the year to celebrate the official retirement of jockey Tony McCoy last weekend.  Up to 2,000 people attended the party thrown by JP McManus on Saturday night for his close friend and legendary jockey, AP McCoy - the man regarded as the greatest jump jockey of all time.

The PEL BB06 glass bottle crusher reduces the waste glass bottle volume by a factor of 5:1 or up to 80% with the broken glass (cullet) capable of being reprocessed back into new bottles. The machine has a capacity to crush up to 4000 bottles per hour with the waste glass going into an easy-to-handle 140L holding approximately 680 crushed bottles equivalent of crushed glass.  This capacity was certainly challenged last weekend and the machine once again proved itself under very demanding conditions.
